This page explains how to request deletion of a Club Management Portal account and the data associated with it, including accounts used to sign in to the CMP Bar Portal and CMP Club Admin apps. You do not need the app installed, or an active login, to make a request.
Email privacy@clubmanagement.cloud from the address associated with the account, and tell us:
We will confirm receipt within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we cannot verify that the request comes from the account holder, we will ask you to confirm before acting.
A club administrator can also delete a colleague’s account immediately from Staff & Access in the portal, without contacting us.
Your account: your name, email address, password, two-factor settings and sign-in sessions are deleted. Any devices you paired are revoked, which also wipes the copy of data cached on those devices.
What is kept: records of administrative actions taken on a club’s data are retained in that club’s audit history, because the club needs them to account for changes to its own records. These are minimised to the action, the date and an identifier.
Club members do not have accounts here — your details are held in your club’s membership register. Your club is the data controller for that register, and we hold it on their behalf.
So please contact your club directly to have your membership record corrected or erased. They can action it themselves in the portal. If you are unable to reach them, email us at privacy@clubmanagement.cloud and we will help you get to the right person.
When a club stops using Club Management Portal, its data is exported to it and then deleted from our systems. Backups age out on a rolling basis, so a copy may persist in backup storage for a short period after deletion before being overwritten.
